Openings available for Finance Program Manager at Fisher Asset Management, LLC in Woodside, California: Manage financial program to ensure the elements are completely and efficiently meeting business requirements. Manage all phases of project from envisioning through deployment. Define program scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Proactively manage changes in program, identifies dependencies and critical paths, and devises contingency plans. Based on evaluation, make recommendations to management regarding solutions to resolve business problems within the managed program. Assess requirements to deliver program components and sub-components, which may include implementation of solutions, staffing of the projects, timelines, etc. Coordinate all departments related to the program which may include IT and Finance, Third Party Vendors and Business Users Work with and guide department personnel, Business Analyst and Project Managers to evaluate current business processes and requirements. Coach, mentor, and motivate team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Develop best practices and tools for program execution and management.
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in finance, accounting, data science, analytics, electronics engineering or a related field and 3 years of experience performing SAP Analytics Cloud administration, including modelling, data actions, stories, dashboards and forecasting both financial and headcount data. Must have 2 years of experience: analyzing financial statements to automate balance sheet and cash flow statements within SAP Analytics Cloud and create efficiencies in forecasting accounts on profit and loss statements; developing KPI reporting capabilities; and, performing project management experience, including translating business requirements into technical requirements for project success. Position reports to Woodside, CA office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.
We are offering a salary of $188,427 per year. Employees new to the role should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience. Employees will continue to be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
