The Opportunity:

In Talent Acquisition, we build the future of our firm.  We are seeking to hire the first employees in our newest expansion regions and are looking for someone to help us bring in top talent.

As a Recruiter at Fisher Investments Japan you will work together with candidates and hiring managers, overseeing the talent acquisition process from their first interaction with Fisher to the offer stage. You will support Talent Acquisition efforts across the globe.

The Day-to-Day:

• Evaluate candidates via phone and drive the hiring process forward
• You will schedule phone and on-site interviews with candidates
• You will act as a support to our hiring partners
• You will support the growth of the business through various projects
• You will drive operational efficiencies through administrative support

Your Qualifications:

• 2+ yrs of FI experience and/or prior recruiter experience
• Ability to fluently communicate verbal and written information in Japanese and English highly preferred
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and have a strong attention to detail
• Have a passion for searching for great candidates and unique skillsets
• Ability to understand and convey requisition requirements and Firm information to candidates
• Thrive in a high communication environment

We will conduct a preliminary screen of applicants based on qualifications, performance and manager feedback.
