The Opportunity:
The US PCG Training and Development group focuses on running and enhancing the training programs within the US Private Client Group. We not only work on training - we identify group needs and pursue training solutions where applicable, from job-related skills, to broad market knowledge, to bridge programs for developing interest in new roles. This exciting and ever-evolving group sits at the heart of the action of US PCG's growth and opportunities!
Currently, we're searching for a passionate, high-minded person who is willing to leap into ambiguity and learn. In the US PCG Training & Development Operations Specialist role, you’ll partner with our Training Program Managers to streamline and improve operations training across PCG. With ever-changing systems and workflows, successful operations training requires updated and accurate policies and procedures. In this role, you’ll work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders across PCG to create alignment around operational processes, ensuring PCG employees are armed with operational training and resources needed to be successful.

The Day-to-Day:
- Establish, maintain and organize a database of all current and previous policies and procedures (set review cycles, due dates, etc.)
- Gain an understanding of the inner-workings of different roles in US PCG
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows
- Assist with writing and updating policies and procedures, working closely with subject matter experts
- Build foundational skills to better the training experience, be it instructional design work or analysis
- Plan and ensure training offerings are operating as intended
Your Qualifications:
- Show an understanding of MS Office, especially Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Are a high-performer with verifiable success in your current position, ensuring quality in everything you do
- Have some understanding of operations within US PCG and/or background in an operational role
- Want to help educate and inspire fellow employees
- Appreciate the importance of operations and the role it plays in servicing clients
- Enjoy generating new ideas and thrive on deadlines
- Have a desire to improve the firm and your career
