Do you want to help employees realize their career potential? As a PMG T&D Analyst you will own, host and develop employee programs that equip the 400+ PMG employees that deliver the product that serves every Fisher client.

The Opportunity:

As a PMG T&D Analyst you will equip the 400+ employees across the portfolio management group to realize their career potential. Your training and project management experience will support a diverse group of 25+ teams across 6 verticals that collectively deliver the product that serves every Fisher client.

You will develop program road maps in partnership with stakeholders, evaluate and propose improvements and host sessions. You will work on varied training, engagement and recognition programs. You will equip PMG trainers to scale and improve their programs. You will create and write communications for diverse audiences. You can learn to use Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and Articulate to design and create communications, presentations and eLearnings.

Successful Analysts are thought leaders in their desired expertise who create impactful PMG-wide employee development, recognition and experience initiatives.

The Day-to-Day:

• Own employee program lifecycles to ensure quality and continuous improvement
• Write and edit compelling communications to capture audience attention and motivate action
• Manage projects that turn complex requirements and/or new situations into actionable steps
• Build partnerships with executives and internal clients to increase the impact of initiatives

Your Qualifications:

• Identify and fulfill internal client needs independently
• Enjoy creating solutions to opportunities based on creative ideas and existing principles
• Desire to grow in professionalism, clarity, and conciseness
• Demonstrate resilience and skills to deliver under tight deadlines
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and strive to understand the “why”
