The PCS Audit Team was created to find and address risks for our private clients and the firm. We focus on oversight of high-risk categories and ensure accountability. We are facilitators in the conversation, making sure the right people are “in the room” to develop a custom solution that is mutually beneficial for the client and the firm. Our role is a unique blend of understanding the big picture and diving into the details! 

The Opportunity:

As a PCS Audit Associate TL, you will play a critical role in the training, development, and performance of the PCS Audit Associates. You will work closely with the Audit Analyst TL to ensure team members are executing their audit responsibilities in an efficient and effective manner.


The Day-to-Day:

  • Oversee Audit cases and reporting. Ensure timely elevation and resolution of issues to PCS management or other relevant departments
  • Oversee the review of both inbound and outbound written client communications
  • Manage a team of Audit Associates supporting Investment Counselors teams with their risk-mitigation efforts; ensure transparency and accountability
  • Interact with multiple departments and management levels
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism and accuracy in written client and prospect communications
  • Participate in the interviewing and hiring of new Audit Associate Team members
  • Act as a trusted resource, answering questions and providing guidance to team members
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
  • Take ownership of all projects
  • Foster innovation and efficiency enhancement
  • Actively work towards developing the team and the group
  • Proactively and regularly seek feedback from internal clients

Your Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of FI experience preferred
  • Able to interface with various levels of management
  • Excellent problem solving and judgment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness
  • Have an interest in developing new talent and driving engagement within a team
  • Demonstrate outstanding leadership skills
