If so, the Organizational Change Management Team Leader (OCM TL) position may be for you!

The Opportunity:

Organizational change management is the discipline that guides how we prepare, support, and equip employees to successfully adopt change with a goal of driving organizational success and outcomes. The OCM TL leads a team of skilled professionals that directly support firm projects and instill the knowledge and application of change management techniques throughout the organization.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Collaborates with VP – Corporate Learning & Change to drive the OCM group’s long-term strategy, service model, and goals
  • Effectively manages team workflows and collaboration
  • Collaborates with the team to curate and enhance the OCM methodology, tools, templates, training, and Community of Practice engagements
  • Establishes success metrics for the team and evaluates the effectiveness of implemented changes, as well as overall change management proficiency for the organization
  • Supports the team in determining which Change Management strategies to leverage given the scope of the change, timelines, and number of employees affected
  • Provides direct OCM support on the firm’s most consequential or confidential changes, effectively communicating progress with all levels of the organization, and ensuring accurate expectations are set and met
  • Proactively manages risks and issues; develops troubleshooting plans as needed
  • Evaluates and recommends changes to team strategy, processes, and service model in order to continually meet the firm’s needs
  • Implements solutions to improve team efficiency and increase OCM competence throughout the organization
  • Successfully identifies, onboards, and coaches new team members

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • At least 3+ years of change management, project management, or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
  • Experience leading professional teams
  • Ability to analyze various situations and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
