Bridge Program Overview:
Client Development is launching another Bridge Program! This 7-week course is designed to help professional level employees gain insight and first-hand experience of what it’s like to be a CDVP. We are seeking participants who are ambitious, results-driven, and have a strong track record of delivering exceptional client outcomes.
What to Expect:
7-week program with a 3–4-hour commitment each week focused on developing the skills needed to succeed in helping clients consolidate their investments with Fisher Investments. The program offers:
- Live shadow sessions with CDVPs
- Mock meetings with members of CD management
- Roundtables with Client Development Professionals
- An evaluation of a potential fit in the Client Development Professional role.
- We will provide coaching and feedback along the way so you can make adjustments to your approach. You’ll also develop a greater sense of what it takes to become a successful CDVP.
Characteristics of past successful Client Development Professionals:
- Excellent communication skills
- Client-facing experience
- Success in prior roles with a track record of high activity levels or strong demonstrated work ethic
- Results driven attitude
- Deep understanding of FI value proposition and proven ability to tailor to the individual client.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years tenure at FI preferred
- Series 65 license
- IC/NCC Experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- TL/GVP Approval
