The Opportunity:

The Investment Operations Program Manager is responsible for leading various group initiatives to scale and enhance the department. Investment Operations PMs are expected to proactively drive projects to support Investment Operations management and regularly report progress to the Investment Ops leadership.

The Day-to-Day:

• Defines program scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Manages change, identifies dependencies and critical path, and devises contingency plans
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining timelines and budgets
• Coordinates departments related to the program which may include IT, and Finance, Third Party Vendors and Business Users
• Coaches, mentors, and motivates team members and contractors
• Develops best practices and tools for program execution and management

Your Qualifications:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environments
• Conforms to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departments
• Strong familiarity with change management and creative independent problem solving
• This role will require international travel 1-2x per year

Compensation:

• $90,000 - $140,000 base salary per year for employees in the state of CA. Employees new to the role should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
• Employees will continue to be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
