The Global Client Programs (CP) group drives innovation by delivering outstanding and informative in-person and virtual events for our global client base. With team members across all of our US offices and in London, we are seeking new applicants with a passion for interacting with and educating our clients through events.

The Opportunity:

The CP Program Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting a variety of efforts in US Client Programs across each phase of test lifecycle: strategy and idea generation, tactical planning, execution and measurement.  You will drive and support the newest and most innovative programs such as HAUM events, prospect events, term reduction initiatives, and ever-evolving digital offerings.  Additionally, you will support the TL with data, analysis and reporting to measure program efficacy.

We expect this role to evolve and expand over time to meet the growing needs of the department and firm.  As the nexus of a variety of projects you will undertake a high level of leadership, ownership, and responsibility while working closely with the broader Client Programs group and FI stakeholders.


The Day-to-Day:

  • Work closely with CP management team to identify new opportunities to increase reach and impact of CP events
  • Define program scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders
  • Build project plans, including resource requirements, implementation, staffing needs, timelines, etc.
  • Manage all elements of the program within the defined framework, while also managing strategic or directional shifts and changes
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, impacted team members, and internal/external clients
  • Coach, mentor and oversee CP specialists and associates supporting innovation projects
  • Thoroughly test program, analyze results to measure efficacy. As needed, iterate and re-test before scaling
  • Ownership of various vendor relationships including monitoring their performance and communication of our needs
  • Troubleshooting of issues and problem resolution with internal and external partners

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 3 years of experience in specific field preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departments
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly-developed analytical ability
  • Strong familiarity with change management and creative independent problem solving

Compensation:

  • $120,000 - $150,000base salary per year in the state of CA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
  • This position is 50 hours/week
