The Global Client Programs (CP) group drives innovation by delivering outstanding and informative in-person and virtual events for our global client base. With team members across all our US offices and in London, we are seeking new applicants with a passion for interacting with and educating our clients through events.
The Opportunity:
As a Client Programs Analyst, you will help plan and execute events and logistics for a newer firm program, the New Client Institute (NCI). The NCI is aimed at developing innovative ways to educate and engage clients in their 1st year to increase retention. You will support efforts to "gamify" the program, track and analyze client participation, and support the TL in a variety of ways in effort to increase client NCI participation and impact. This analyst will have the opportunity to flex their creative muscles, navigate ambiguity, and create new ways to better support our clients’ needs.
We expect the role to grow quickly as we solve new challenges, including significant responsibility related to defining challenges, ideating and refining solutions. You will deliver excellent client service, while working closely with the broader Client Programs group and FI stakeholders to create and evaluate the effectiveness of a variety of new events.
The Day-to-Day:
- Develop and own strategies to drive client attendance and incentivize participation
- Work closely with the NCI TL and team members on a variety of tests and projects
- Coordinate gamification for the NCI to track client attendance and provide incentives at each milestone
- Collaborate with NCC and IC to increase client communications to drive attendance
- Support new formats and tools to engage clients for in-person and virtual events
- Identify potential process improvements and develop solutions
- Support post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
Your Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience at FI or equivalent external professional experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Manage complexity and coordinate across several departments under strict timelines
- Connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Available to rotate early November, sooner if possible
Compensation:
- $100,000 - $135,000base salary per year in the state of CA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
- This position is 50 hours/week
