Fisher Investments Arabia (“FISA”) is seeking someone to act in a senior leadership position to help support and grow the development of the office and Fisher’s footprint in the region. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an individual seeking a new challenge and an opportunity to develop management skills and experience working in a new jurisdiction.

The Opportunity:

The successful applicant will be based in Saudi Arabia and oversee various different functions and roles within FISA while continuing to support the global Fisher organization.

The Day-to-Day:

While responsibilities will vary based on business need from time to time, responsibilities may include:

• Implementing Fisher’s vision, values and strategy within FISA and its operations in the region;
• Assisting with the management of FISA’s operations and ensuring that FISA’s operations align with overall strategic goals;
• Working with the Board of Directors and Compliance and Risk teams to ensure implementation of regulatory requirements;
• Communicating with various internal and external stakeholders;
• Overseeing various control, operational and client facing teams within FISA and coordinating with other senior management within FISA and the global Fisher organization; and
• Other aspects of the role will depend on background, experience and current responsibilities of candidate

Your Qualifications:

The following are criteria  for a successful applicant:

• 3+ years of experience supporting retail or Institutional clients
• 1+ year of experience working within the Portfolio Management Group or prior experience working in investment/fund/asset management
• People management experience
• Ability to take and pass capital markets exams in Saudi Arabia (in English) prior to beginning the role;
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in finance, business management or economics; and
• Willing and able to move to Saudi Arabia full time.

Additional Criteria:

The following are additional criteria that would be of benefit to an applicant, though not essential:

• Arabic speaking; and
• At least 3 years of Fisher experience.
