Bridge Program Overview:

The gateway into sales, Account Executive Bridge is perfect if you're curious to see if sales is the right direction for your next role.

A 7-week program, Account Executive Bridge will focus on learning how FI differentiates itself, building Sales Acumen, and how to create a call plan. Participants will even get the chance to dial and experience what it's like to be on the phones!

What to Expect:

  • 2-3 hours weekly commitment, 7 weeks total
  • Learn the fundamentals of Fisher Investments’ sales philosophy
  • GVP and TL approval is required
  • Participation in Account Executive Bridge does not guarantee a job offer

Desired Qualifications:

  • Curiosity for sales
  • Drive to produce results
  • Does not fear challenging conversations
  • Eligible to transition in 3-6 months
