The Opportunity:

The UK Client Services group includes CSAs who service FI clients who live in the UK. Our UK Client Account Coordinators (CACs) support the UK sales force by acting as an operational expert and liaison between the client, custodian, and various internal groups including Investment Counselors and the Private Client Advice Group. The CSA group is looking for a new CAC Team Leader (TL) to hire and develop talent.

As a CACTL you’ll get the opportunity to lead through change, develop talent through real-time coaching, and work with other CSATLs to build a strong culture within the department.

A successful CACTL is high-minded and customer-focused, always understanding the importance of managing work and developing future leaders to achieve performance results on their team and the department. The CSA group is looking for someone that prioritizes the empowerment of those around them, can motivate team members to work towards common goals, enjoys celebrating team’s successes, and has an ability to coach through adversity.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Oversee the development and performance of a team of CSAs to ensure they are providing unparalleled service
  • Participate in the hiring and evaluation of new CACs
  • Act as a resource, providing guidance to team members in goal setting and professional development
  • Ensure we are remaining compliant in an ever-changing regulatory environment
  • Work closely with internal and external departments to handle client elevations
  • Guarantee client service guidelines are met through oversight, supervision, guidance, and reporting

Your Qualifications:

  • Have proven leadership qualities, regardless of previous title and role
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interface with various management levels and both internal and external partners
  • Are passionate about developing human capital to ensure direct reports are meeting both their career goals and the organization's goals
  • Can comfortably manage complexity in a rapidly growing, highly nuanced environment
  • Can step up and address difficult situations with a sense of urgency
  • An understanding of our internal structure, investment philosophy and strategies, and long-term goals

We will conduct a preliminary screen of applicants based on qualifications, performance and manager feedback. Those who meet the hiring manager’s requirements will be moved forward in the process by participating in an interview. If you’d like to know more about the role, feel free to get in touch with Jen McBride.
