The Opportunity:

Private Client Group International (PCGI) Client Development (CD) furthers Fisher’s goal of bettering the investment universe by providing continued unparalleled service to our PCGI clients. Through additional portfolio reviews and analyses, our department has the opportunity to make a direct impact on the organic growth of the firm. The PCGI Client Development TL effectively manages a team of UK, Canada & Australian Client Development Professionals. The Day-to-Day:

• Mentor and train direct reports. Ensure day-to-day business support needs are being met
• Manages all phases of various projects from envisioning through deployment
• Interview, evaluate, and recommend candidates to hire
• Managerial responsibilities including participating in disciplinary actions and/or terminations for direct reports, as appropriate
• Provides management oversight and strategic recommendations for Client Development support
• Develops and monitors key metrics for day-to-day management of personnel and evaluation of test initiatives
• Acts as point person for new and unique issue resolution and management, resolving or elevating as appropriate

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• At least 2 years of FI experience preferred
• Prior management experience strongly preferred
• Prior Sales or Investment Counselor experience required
• Able to interface with various levels of management
• Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness
