The US PCG Training and Development group focuses on running and enhancing the training programs within the US Private Client Group. We not only work on training - we identify group needs and pursue training solutions where applicable, from job-related skills, to broad market knowledge, to bridge programs for developing interest in new roles. This exciting and ever-evolving group sits at the heart of the action of US PCG's growth and opportunities!

Currently, we're searching for a passionate, high-minded person who is willing to leap into ambiguity and learn. In the US PCG Training & Development Client Operations Training Program Manager role, you’ll partner with the COP Department to improve client operations training in  PCG.

If you want to help shape how we train US PCG COP employees while testing exciting new approaches around client operations, this is your role! 


The Day-to-Day:

  • Responsible for the new hire COP training program
  • Oversees all COP related training initiatives: ensuring effective training is prescribed with quality instructors and up to date content
  • Identify COP knowledge gaps and makes recommendations to address through appropriate training solutions
  • Works with COPs, COP mentors and COP Mentor Pod Team Leaders to align and ensure learning objectives are being met for each training class
  • Troubleshoots issues with systems and makes recommendations for improvements that can be made with business partners to streamline workflow
  • Owns, updates and manages all COP training related resources (Training Program Content, Learning Center, FIIRE page, etc.)

Your Qualifications:

  • Have solid understanding of client operations within US PCG and background in the COP role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Show an understanding of MS Office, PowerPoint & Excel (pivot tables, charts, graphs, etc.)
  • General knowledge of adult learning design best practices (ADDIE model, Blooms Taxonomy, ROPES model, etc.)
  • Are a high-performer with verifiable success in your current position, ensuring quality in everything you do
  • Want to help educate and inspire fellow employees
  • Appreciate the importance of operations and the role it plays in servicing clients
  • Enjoy generating new ideas and thrive on deadlines
  • Have a desire to improve the firm and your career
