The Global Custody Management (GCM) team is responsible for establishing and maintaining our business-to-business PCG/PCGI custody relationships globally. With more than 40 relationships under our management, GCM plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients and Fisher receive the best possible service and solutions from our custodial partners. GCM’s effective management of these partnerships helps our firm’s 20-20 vision by continually innovating with our custody partners to scale alongside Fisher’s business.
This GCM Analyst role will focus on project management that aids Fisher’s global expansion efforts in the APAC region.
A successful GCM analyst will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and senior management to drive large-scale initiatives for our APAC custodial relationships. These initiatives are wide sweeping, including topics such as custodian strategy, service improvements, scalability and efficiency, technology integration, and regulatory changes (to name a few). This role offers you the chance to lead impactful project work, while increasing your overall knowledge of how our firm operates.
The Day-to-Day:
- Serve as the primary relationship contact for Fisher with your assigned custodians
- Lead relationship management and/or project management with those custodians
- Proactively manage custodian relationships to ensure they provide exceptional service to Fisher and our clients
- Identify and implement process improvements for better operational efficiency
- Monitor custodian performance through both qualitative and quantitative measures, including GCM’s Custodian Scorecard
- Assist GCM with launching custodians in global expansion markets
- Utilize JIRA to effectively track project work
Your Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Fisher Investments experience preferred, ideally with project management experience
- Experienced in process improvements, managing complexity, and solving problems with multiple stakeholders
- Independently prioritizes and manages multiple projects with varying complexities and deadlines
- Proven track record of driving large scale projects to completion, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Are driven to understand the "why" and challenge existing processes
- Collaborates effectively and has experience with communicating with management
