We are pleased to announce an opening for a new Correspondence and Resolution Team (CRT) Analyst. CRT has a diverse set of responsibilities that reward mental agility and comfort with ambiguity. We strive to provide the firm with solutions that are optimal for our clients, the firm, and our employees.

The Opportunity:

As a CRT Analyst you will primarily help Investment Counselors navigate complex service matters by leveraging your own experience, historical precedent, internal resources, and CRT’s collective knowledge. You will leverage sound decision making, effective communication, and creative problem solving to guide various internal groups through complicated, sensitive, or unique service matters. This involves working closely with TLs, GVPs, Legal and Compliance (LCD), and Senior Management to brainstorm solutions and implement action plans.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Independently investigate problematic issues, identify solutions, implement game plans, and oversee resolution through communication and coordination with various related parties
  • Draft and edit written communications for ICs, management, and LCD
  • Act as a resource for TLs and GVPs
  • Serve as a liaison between management and LCD, elevating matters between the two groups as appropriate
  • Work with various managers to develop new processes, policies, and training to prevent future errors

Your Qualifications:

  • Are results-driven and excel in your current responsibilities
  • Have an inquisitive nature and enjoy problem solving
  • At least 1+ year of experience in an Analyst level role.
  • Are comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Have exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Have strong time management and organizational skills
  • Have strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
  • Have superior knowledge of FI processes, investment philosophies, and market strategies

We will conduct a preliminary screen of applicants based on qualifications, performance and manager feedback. Those who meet the hiring manager’s requirements will be moved forward in the process by participating in an interview. If you’d like to know more about the role, feel free to get in touch with Benjamin Tripp.
