The Opportunity:
The PCG IC Group is interested in hiring an AVP to lead a group of 100+ Investment Counselors in Plano TX. We're looking for someone ambitious who manages complexity through excellent decision quality and also has a desire to develop talent. You'll bring experience building strategies to achieve results, be comfortable working with prospective and existing clients over numerous topics and can work collaboratively with other departments. With the continued growth of our US Private Client Group, and our continued growth in Plano, the IC AVP role is an excellent opportunity to have a lasting impact on the lives of our clients and Investment Counselors!
The Day-to-Day:
- Create an environment that encourages employee engagement, recognition, client focus and talent development.
- Ensure client-servicing guidelines are met.
- Monitor your groups compliance surrounding applicable policies and procedures.
- Oversee the development of talent for a group of ICs and IC TLs.
- Guide and take responsibility for the metric-based performance of an IC sub-group (up to 15 IC teams).
- Responsible for interviewing and hiring ICs and IC TLs.
- Partner with other departments to resolve elevated client service issues.
Your Qualifications:
- 3+ years with FI.
- Previous experience and familiarly with the Investment Counselor group.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and public speaking.
- A willingness to dedicate yourself toward bettering the lives of both our clients and our employees.
