Bridge Program Overview:
Our Investment Counsellors are the face and voice of Fisher. Being an IC means serving an assigned roster of high-net-worth clients, educating them on our top-down investment philosophy, explaining why we’ve made certain decisions for their particular portfolio, and helping them understand the market.
The European IC Bridge Program is an intensive training/preparation course for people interested in becoming European Investment Counsellors. You will have assigned reading and discussions about Fisher’s Philosophy as well as have opportunities to practice how to communicate and present this information to clients.
What to Expect:
- 3-4 hours weekly commitment, approx. 8 weeks in total
- Learn the fundamentals of Fisher’s philosophy and how to effectively communicate it to clients
- GVP and TL approval is required before applying to the program
- Participation in IC Bridge does not guarantee a job offer
Desired Qualifications:
- Fluent in a relevant European language beyond English
- Thirst for capital markets knowledge
- Drive to produce results
- Will to deliver superior client service and effectively build relationships
- Does not fear challenging conversations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
