The Opportunity:

The PCGI Client Development Analyst (“CD Analyst”) works in the office and will provide support to PCGIs Client Development Professionals (“CDPs”) and TLs. This encompasses assisting them with various complex aspects of the additions process while maintaining oversight into each of their pipelines to drive results. The CD Analyst will also work closely with Client Development Management on projects, process changes and approval privileges on low-impact operational exceptions.

  • Reporting:
  • Collecting, processing and analyzing data to identify trends, patterns and insights that can drive business decisions
  • Working with various data sources to clean and prepare data to derive meaningful conclusions
  • Communicating findings through reports, dashboards, emails and presentations to leadership
  • Working with cross-functional teams, including business units, to understand their needs, provide data-driven insights, and support decision-making.
  • Base Management:
  • Lead regular meetings with CDPs to identify blind spots in current reporting/sales tracking and find solutions to fill those gaps
  • Review current Salesforce navigation and find solutions to reduce time that CDPs spend on operations-related tasks
  • Maintain and update current CD Salesforce reporting and dashboards
  • Lead Flow:
  • Manage and maintain all lead flow sources, including Client Development marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for the team’s Funding Board and commissions oversight
  • Has authority to opine and give exceptions to commissions credit and opt-in criteria on behalf of management (within certain perimeters)

All positions assigned to a corporate office location are required to work in an open office environment for supervision, coaching, development, mentoring, team building, culture reinforcement, quality control, efficiency, regulatory, risk management, confidentiality, and information security reasons.

Your Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ experience with preferred in a sales or service support role
  • Highly developed qualitative and/or quantitative skills required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Ability to analyze various situations and develop creative solutions
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and/or programs simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
