Bridge Program Overview:
We are excited to announce the return of our PCGI Inside Sales Bridge Programme. This programme offers an unique opportunity for you to develop the skills required to be a sales representative at Fisher. While this programme does not guarantee a spot in the Private Client Executive group (PCE), strong performance and alignment with business needs may open up additional career opportunities.
As a PCE, you will have the chance to introduce Fisher Investments Europe to high-net-worth individuals, discover their goals and objectives, and help educate them on how we might be a better fit for their long-term financial plan, ultimately bringing them on as new clients. This position is a building block towards an outside salesperson (PCD/TA/RVP) career. So if you are passionate about sales or considering a career in sales, the bridge programme will give you a good insight into a sales career at Fisher.
The PCE Bridge Programme is broken into various stages. Depending on your experience within the firm, you may be invited to join a Dialling Bridge, which focuses on Prospecting and reaching out to prospective clients on the phone to arrange introductory meetings.
The first stage of the Core PCE Bridge will concentrate on the structure and execution of initial meetings (P1) with prospective clients emphasizing key elements that contribute to a successful engagement.
The second stage will focus on P2 meetings, covering Deliverables and understanding how to use them in a Sales contact. This stage will also focus on Next Steps and engagement with the prospect in between meetings.
During the initial phases, we will also ensure you have a full and rounded view of a new client's journey at Fisher, instilling confidence in your abilities and providing you with the support and knowledge you need to succeed.
Each stage will include teaching sessions, group practice and role-plays, and end with a recorded P1/P2 assessment and feedback.
