The Opportunity:
The FIE Client Services Associate Team Leader (CSA TL) will be responsible for overseeing a team of Client Service Associates (CSAs) who provide Tied Agents operational support, monitor the progress of non-trading accounts for new clients, and complete service requests for existing clients. The CSA TL will evaluate the team through various metrics and qualitative efforts. The CSA TL participates in ongoing meetings, actively works toward developing the department, and takes ownership of various projects.
The Day-to-Day:
- Manages a team of European CSAs (OCs and/or COPs) who collaborate with the Tied Agents, the Investment Counsellors (IC), custodians, the client(s), and any other related party to efficiently set up and transfer all new accounts to Fisher, and to effectively service and maintain all existing accounts.
- Ensures CSAs are knowledgeable about European financial institutions, procedures, account structures, and transfers.
- Acts as an expert in European custodian related processes and is responsible for custodian resource management on FIIRE alongside GCM. Develops new custodian resources to improve CSA and IC custodian knowledge where applicable.
- Coaches employees to drive a high level of client service to internal and external clients through effective 1:1 meetings and team meetings
- Supervises workflows completed by associates to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Hires new associates and tracks hiring pipeline to ensure sufficient capacity and candidate flow for future growth
- Trains team members to perform jobs effectively, providing feedback and auditing workflows through email, Salesforce and PowerBI
- Oversees the CSA Responsibilities such as Custodian SMEs, PCA SMEs, Docusign SMEs etc. and ensures they are meeting their goals/requirements in executing projects or daily tasks.
- Oversees custodian projects and initiatives, drives process improvements to reduce complexity and increase efficiency of the team
- Drives engagement initiatives and leads regular group-wide presentations
Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2.5 years of Fisher experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Works well in a team-oriented setting
- Responsible, accountable, self-motivated
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Highly reliable, accurate and high attention to detail
- Positive, will-do attitude and consistent professionalism
- Specific software skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Access) and Salesforce
