Our FIE Learning & Development Specialist will support our L&D roadmap as they drive impactful training and development initiatives that align employees’ growth with the firm’s growth.

The Opportunity:

As a Corporate Learning and Development Specialist, you will work cross-departmentally and with a range of roles to help execute and support major training programs. You will be one of the first people our new employees meet when they begin their Fisher journey by helping put together and running New Employee Onboarding. The Day-to-Day:

  • Expertly coordinates monthly FIE New Employee Onboarding and ad-hoc training offerings in partnership with Corporate L&D TLs, Learning Journey PMs, Instructional Designers, and/or business unit representatives
  • Provides a high-quality experience and introduces Fisher culture to new hires on their first two days
  • Effectively leverages learning technologies to facilitate consistent and quality learning experiences.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in training delivery
  • Leverages research on best practices and internal feedback to refine their approaches
  • Assists with instructional design projects

Your Qualifications:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and efficiently within a team environment while also working independently
  • Is engaging and can connect with a wide array of audiences via written and verbal communication
  • Proven track record of success in previous role(s)
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced, team environment
