The Opportunity:

The FIE Institutional Content and Portfolio Analytics Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team focused on producing materials and resources for use by Institutional Sales and Client Service to aid in the acquisition and retention of Institutional clients.

The Day-to-Day:

• Mentor and train direct reports. Ensure day-to-day business support needs are being met
• Manage all phases of various projects from envisioning through deployment
• Responsible for overseeing a team tasked with designing, producing, and coordinating the production of all marketing materials generated by the Institutional Group, including external facing research
• Ensure accurate and consistent portfolio trends & outlook, stock examples/funnels, and country/sector themes in the Institutional Group’s marketing materials and client service books
• Coordinate with the Research Department in order to manage the production and dissemination of firm research for the purpose of improving consultant sales, prospect sales and client service programs
• Review work to ensure high standards of accuracy and promote consistent messaging in line with Institutional and corporate objectives
• Interview, evaluate, and recommend candidates to hire
• Managerial responsibilities including participating in disciplinary actions and/or terminations for direct reports, as appropriate

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• At least 2 years of FI experience preferred
• Able to interface with various levels of management
• Excellent problem solving and judgment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness
