The Opportunity:

The FIE Benefits Specialist will support the ongoing development of benefits projects and processes to ensure they remain accurate, timely, cost-effective, and compliant across our programmes in the EMEA region. 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Oversees assigned operational tasks to completion
  • Identifies, creates and develops documentation for group
  • Supports the growth of the business through various projects
  • Follows group and firm policies and procedures
  • Identifies potential process improvements and recommends solutions
  • Identifies elevations and routes appropriately
  • Responsible for properly handling sensitive and/or confidential documents

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • FIE Benefits Specialist: Administers various aspects of global benefit plans for employees including but not limited to coordinating insurance benefits with carriers, processing payments, and assisting in managing the pension schemes; assists with employee benefit onboarding and annual open enrolment; responsible for ensuring timely responses to benefits-related questions; assists with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required
  • At least 1 year of Fisher Investments or relevant experience
  • Proven track record of success in previous role(s)
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • No pension or benefits experience is required
