The Opportunity:
Do you want to lead a successful sales team on a mission to identify and connect with key decision makers at top global institutions? Institutional is looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Sales TL to join our EMEA team. If you have a passion for sales, are skilled at driving results, and value the importance of helping potential clients, this is the job for you.
As the FII/FIUK Institutional Associate Director (IAD) Team Leader, you will lead and enhance the development of a growing team of dedicated inside salespeople. You'll provide ongoing coaching, training, and direct input on how to accelerate both individual and group success. As an IAD TL, you'll not only play an essential part in the success of Institutional Sales, but you’ll also have the opportunity to hone the skills required to motivate and coach employees to greatness.
The Day-to-Day:
- Coach, develop, and accelerate the growth of salespeople
- Interview and recommend sales candidates to hire
- Utilise metrics and goals to measure and drive the performance of the sales team
- Ability to test and measure sales strategies to ensure results
- Provide hands-on prospecting support across EMEA territories, as needed
- Develop and evolve the sales process, tools, scripts, and tactics
Your Qualifications:
- Have a passion for sales training and mentoring sales representatives
- Want to develop best practices for utilising sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Want to use your sales leadership skills to directly affect the success of FIIG and the firm
