The Opportunity:
The US PCG Training and Development group focuses on running and enhancing the training programs within the Private Client Group. We not only work on training - we identify group needs and pursue training solutions where applicable, from job-related skills, to broad market knowledge, to bridge programs for developing interest in new roles. This is an exciting and ever-evolving group that sits at the heart of the action of PCG's growth and opportunities!
As the VP of US PCG Training and Development, you will use your expertise to lead multiple teams to greater heights by creating strategic roadmaps for our learning programs, develop the team, evaluate program efficacy, manage the budget, and handle vendor relationships. You will continue to build programs that provide people the training they need to be successful in their careers, reach their goals, and drive a greater connection to our clients.
The Day-to-Day:
- Develop strategic roadmaps and ensure project plans are executed
- Evaluate the impact of current offerings effectively to revise or create new learning tools and resources
- Understand program evaluation, how to measure success effectively, and how to use those insights to inform program improvements
- Ensure all US PCG training programs are enacted as intended
- Work with Senior Leaders across US PCG to identify areas of improvement and implement training solutions
- Strategically align training and development initiatives to support PCG growth
- Help plan and execute training and support for all Modernization related changes impacting US PCG employees
Your Qualifications:
- Have proven leadership qualities and multiple years of progressive training experiences
- Demonstrated success at developing and executing a training and development strategy
- Effectively train and coach others on learning and development practices, such as intake meetings, learning objectives, instructional design, adult learning principles, facilitation and evaluation
- Thrive in ambiguity and embrace challenges, requiring limited direction to achieve priorities
- Can collaborate on projects and are a creative thinker
- Are proficient in data analysis and can apply those insights to make data driven decisions
- You are engaging and can work with all levels of management
Compensation:
- $135,000-180,000 base salary per year for employees in the state of WA. Employees new to the role should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
