The Opportunity:
Our Onboarding Coordinators (OCs) support the US PCG sales force by acting as an operational expert and liaison between the client, custodian, and various internal groups including Investment Counselors, Portfolio Counselors and the Portfolio Management Group. The OC group is looking for a new Team Leader (TL) to hire and develop talent.
As an OCTL you’ll get the opportunity to lead through change, develop talent through real-time coaching, and work with other OCTLs to build a strong culture within the department.
A successful OCTL is high-minded and customer-focused, always understanding the importance of managing work and developing future leaders to achieve performance results on their team and the department. The OC group is looking for someone that prioritizes the empowerment of those around them, can motivate team members to work towards common goals, enjoys celebrating team’s successes, and has an ability to coach through adversity.
The Day-to-Day:
- Inspire and lead a team of OC’s to ensure the department's metrics and fiscal year goals are met
- Help develop human capital to prepare OC’s for their next role in our organization
- Participate in recruiting efforts for new OC's, which includes conducting phone and Zoom interviews
- You will partner with a variety of internal groups to resolve sales and service issues
- You will work on group-level projects to improve the training, efficiency, and results of the group
Your Qualifications:
- Preferred 2+ years of Fisher experience
- Experience in service and/or sales roles at our organization
- Strong effective communicator across varying levels of the organization
- Always maintain a baseline of risk awareness
- An understanding of our internal structure, investment philosophy and strategies, and long-term goals
Compensation:
- $70,000 - $100,000 base salary per year for employees in the state of WA. Employees new to the role should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
- Employees will continue to be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
Your overall success will be determined by your growth and effectiveness as the leader of your team and the standard of excellence you set compared to others in the Onboarding Coordinator department.
