The Opportunity:

The US PCG Innovation Analyst is responsible for supporting US PCG innovation projects through a combination of project management, coordination with other groups, qualitative and quantitative analysis, effectively aligning resources, and communicating progress, results, and challenges to executive stakeholders. Under the direction of management, the Analyst will help define project objectives and monitor quality control throughout project life cycles.


The Day-to-Day:

  • Oversees assigned complex tasks to completion
  • Identifies potential process improvements and recommends solutions to management
  • Assists in developing and implementing proposed solutions to improve the efficiency of the department
  • Completes various projects in collaboration with management
  • Responsible for mentoring associates and new analysts on the team
  • Supports management and senior members of the team by ensuring all elements of projects are efficiently meeting the business requirements, including collaboration with applicable business units, external vendors, and/or consultants.
  • Supports all aspects of assigned projects, from concept through deployment, including establishing and maintaining timelines, project plans, and budgets, where applicable.
  • Helps management and senior team members define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Makes recommendations to management regarding solutions to resolve business problems.
  • Coordinates all departments and vendors related to assigned initiatives.
  • Identifies and manages program dependencies and critical path.
  • Develops best practices and tools for program execution and management.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • At least 2 years of Fisher Investments experience preferred
  • Experience with creative thinking in the face of ambiguity
  • Experience with project management preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departments
  • Reacts to program adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
  • Working knowledge of MS Office required, familiarity with project management tools preferred
  • Able to interface with different departments within the company and various parties externally
  • Strong familiarity with change management and creative independent problem solving

Compensation:

  • $70,000 - $110,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
  • Eligible for discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
