The Opportunity:
As a Talent Advisor, you will monitor the vital signs of our recruitment efforts and detailing the strategy our teams use to attract candidates. Common efforts can include partnering with leadership, lead ongoing alignment meetings, running intake meetings, mentoring of TA staff, and supporting workforce planning. At any moment the Talent Advisor will have the pulse on progress towards our goals and be prepared to pivot if necessary.You will report directly to the Talent Recruitment Programs Team Leader.
The Day-to-Day:
- Create and maintain relationships with hiring managers by delivering regular candidate pipeline reporting using qualitative and quantitative information to develop and support hiring strategy
- Manages programs (Internship and JA) to ensure the elements are completely and efficiently meeting the business requirements
- Develop engaging early talent programming by evaluating feedback from the business, junior associates and interns, conducting a gaps analysis and refining existing programs to enhance/align with business value
- Leads and manages all phases of various process improvement projects from ideation through deployment
- Develop and support strategy in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team. This can include where we search, what we call roles, how we post, etc.
- Support process improvement and department projects throughout the Talent Acquisition Group to build increased efficiencies
- Create hiring goals and update those as necessary and prepare weekly reporting for internal departments
- Responsible for consolidating and communicating information back to Talent Acquisition on hiring goal updates, new requisitions, qualitative feedback, etc.
- Identify downstream impacts of certain processes/decisions on other groups or processes, and a genuine curiosity to see trends before they are prevalent
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience and/or Recruiting related experience; at least 2 years of Fisher Investments Experience preferred
- Advanced relationship management or stakeholder engagement experience
- Strong data aggregation, manipulation, and interpretation skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including prior experience communicating with multiple levels of Senior Leadership
- Demonstrate knowledge of FI's organization structure, and understanding of the role each team plays in supporting the development of business strategies
Compensation:
- $95,000 - $150,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
