The Opportunity:

As a Recruiter you will work together with candidates and hiring managers, overseeing the talent acquisition process from their first interaction with Fisher to the offer stage. You will conduct competency-based interviewing spanning a wide range roles covering our U.S and Costa Rica locations.  

The Day-to-Day:

• Oversee the candidate experience, from their first interaction with Fisher to the offer stage
• Conduct competency-based phone interviews
• Maintain strong operations with candidate evaluation notes and internal Talent Acquisition processes
• Collaborate with a team of Recruiters to prioritize and fill roles against quarterly timelines while meeting hiring goals
• Find creative ways of sourcing, attracting, and assessing talent

Your Qualifications:

• 3+ yrs of FI experience and/or prior recruiter experience
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and have a strong attention to detail
• Have a passion for searching for great candidates and unique skillsets
• Want to have an impact in firm growth
• Thrive in a high communication environment

Compensation:

• $60,000 - $80,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
• Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance

We will conduct a preliminary screen of applicants based on qualifications, performance and manager feedback. Those who meet the hiring manager’s requirements will be moved forward in the process by participating in an interview.
