The Opportunity:
The Portfolio Evaluation Group (PEG) is responsible for determining the asset allocation and strategy for our private clients in both PCG and PCGI. In order to do this, we must account for each client’s goals and objectives, investment philosophy as determined by the Investment Policy Committee (IPC), and regulatory guidelines.
As one of PEG’s Program Managers (PM), you will be pivotal in helping to ensure PEG is able to meet our responsibilities both now and in the future by serving as a lead for various group initiatives, coordinating between teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. You’ll help define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with various levels of management and project participants. You’ll also proactively identify trends and pose solutions to support PEG management in decisions regarding group capacity, capabilities, and policies & procedures to improve efficiencies in order to scale with firm needs and growth. Program Managers are a vital representative for PEG in the firm’s various modernization efforts. The Day-to-Day:
- Manage initiatives to ensure elements meet business requirements completely and efficiently
- Manage all phases of a project from envisioning through deployment
- Work with PEG managers to align project team member responsibilities with human capital development goals
- Work with the other Portfolio Management Group (PMG) teams to develop new resources needed by Client Services & Sales.
- Proactively manage changes in program scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
- Regularly update stakeholders on progress
- Support Go Live and stabilization activities as needed
Your Qualifications:
- Have a strong track record of driving projects to completion under strict timelines
- Enjoy solving ambiguous and complex puzzles
- Are organized and have superior attention to detail
- Can coordinate work effectively across groups
- Are able and willing to learn and absorb new content quickly
- Are comfortable communicating with a wide array of audiences
Compensation:
- $105,000 - $140,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
