The Day-to-Day:

  • Facilitate annual firm-wide Technology initiative planning process according to budget planning
  • Implement a quarterly planning cycle in close partnership with program leads and technology management that feeds into the annual planning process
  • Manage technology intake process to support planning and change requests for the current year's roadmap
  • Partner with Program leads to provide consistent portfolio reporting on program status, portfolio health and progress on firm priorities
  • Map the lifecycle of a program initiative, inform tool requirements, create checklists and other tools to make navigation through the lifecycle more predictable and reportable
  • Establish, train and roll out standards to support the program initiative lifecycle
  • Implement methods to monitor standards adherence and identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including program leads, technology management, risk management and information security, to assess needs, resolve questions, develop solutions and implement improvements

Your Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of project or program management experience
  • Experience with Project Portfolio Management tools, JIRA, Confluence or resource management tools
  • Demonstrated experience eliciting cooperation from a variety of sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departments

  • Demonstrated strengths in organization, creative thinking and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Compensation:

  • $95,000 - $140,000 base salary per year for employees in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
