The Opportunity:

IS analysts possess a special subject matter expertise that clients and their families deeply appreciate to help them feel less overwhelmed by the inherent complexities of inheritance. IS Analysts build risk management, communication, and client focus skillsets on a daily basis with each new challenge that comes our way!
As an Inheritor Services Analyst, you will be assigned to clients with medium to highly complex estate plans and will be responsible for working with the family directly to ensure they are informed, educated, and updated. In addition to direct beneficiaries, you’ll often work with CPAs, estate planning attorneys, corporate trustees, POAs, and other parties who may need to be involved. Internally, you’ll coordinate with the IC, the COP, custodians, and if needed: management, CRT, LCD, IMP, QC Audit, and more.
This role is non-exempt, 40 hrs./week.
The Day-to-Day:
- Quarterback the death re-registration process for your assigned clients from start to finish by analyzing each situation, formulating a plan to produce the best beneficiary experience possible given the pertinent legal and bureaucratic restrictions.
- Communicate both verbally and in writing with all involved parties
- Identity and mitigate for potential business and reputational risks
- Provide recommendations to resolve complex issues with management
- Provide coaching for ICs and clients who are unfamiliar with the inheritance process
Your Qualifications:
- You have at least one of the below:
- Experience in a primarily client-facing role at FI
- Understanding of US PCG operations
- Familiarity with the US inheritance process such as probate
- You are a strong communicator who can keep stakeholders informed proactively
- You enjoy ambiguity and critical thinking
- You have exceptional attention to detail
- You have a strong desire to leave your mark on a new and constantly evolving process, as we will be testing different ways to provide service to beneficiaries over the coming year.
- You have a passion for continually improving the operational experience for our clients, their heirs, and their families.
Compensation:
- $65,000 - $90,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. Employees new to the role should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
Employees will continue to be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. For any questions, please reach out to the hiring manager.
