The Opportunity:

As Information Security Project Manager, you will collaborate with Information Security, Technology, and Business Project teams to deliver value to the enterprise. You will facilitate and develop Agile project management governance and practices for various Information Security teams and will report to the Vice President - Information Security and take direction from the Senior Program Manager.

You will be a point of intake for projects requiring Information Security participation, including business-facing projects, Technology projects and those led by Information Security. You will then collaborate with business and project leaders, stakeholders, partners, and the Information Security team to manage requests, prioritize projects, facilitate the allocation of time for team resources and oversee execution through an Agile Scrum process. You will be an important piece to our Information Security goals and organizational growth.

The Day-to-Day:

• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to coordinate the completion of Information Security's deliverables
• Play the role of a Scrum Master, Project Manager and Agile Mentor for various Information Security teams
• Collaborate with multiple Business Leaders, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prioritize and implement work
• Understand and facilitate the transparency of project and operational deliverables across the Information Security department

Your Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years' experience working with Technology and Information Security engineering and leadership
• 3+ years leading Agile teams and Enterprise Scrum (including Project Lead, Scrum Master)
• 2+ years' experience using Atlassian (JIRA and Confluence), Clarity also preferred
• 1+ years change management experience

Compensation:

• $100,000-$130,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
• Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
