The Opportunity:
As an High AUM Associate Investment Counselor you’ll work jointly with High AUM Investment Counselors to support the firm’s largest private client relationships, ensuring they receive truly unparalleled attentiveness and service. The Day-to-Day:
- Be our client’s point-of-contact while their Sr. IC is unavailable, travelling for client meetings, or out of the office
- Answer inbound client calls (Teamlines) for the High AUM group, assisting clients if their Sr. IC is unavailable
- Build relationships with a dedicated group of client households, being their point-of-contact for facilitating operational needs or administrative account updates. Working directly with internal and external departments to fulfill client requests
- Build your knowledge of FI’s philosophy, global markets, financial planning, and internal policies and procedures
Your Qualifications:
- Are a savvy and effective communicator, allowing you to work with a wide variety of internal and external groups
- Exhibit outstanding organization and prioritization skills used to manage complexity.
- Demonstrated success in current role with proven focus on elite client service and professionalism
- Are a quick and nimble learner – able to adapt to change, pick up new concepts and technologies handily
- Looking to expand knowledge on FI’s philosophy and the ‘why’ behind the decisions we make for our clients
- Experience in an Operational or Client-Facing setting is preferred
- Willing to pass (or have already passed) the Series 65 exam
Compensation:
- $65,000 - $90,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. Employees new to the role should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
- Employees will continue to be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. For any questions, please reach out to the hiring manager.
