The Opportunity:

In the Finance Support Team, our goal is to create a stable, scalable ecosystem that supports end users in Corporate Finance and across the firm. As Team Leader, you will oversee and develop a team of Associates, Analysts, and Senior Analysts as they work to improve system capabilities, operational processes, and supporting technologies. You will collaborate with Finance Leadership to maintain the SAP technology roadmap, manage vendor relationships, and oversee the team as they analyze processes and document requirements from business users. You will contribute to modernization efforts across Corporate Finance and have direct oversight over small and large-scale system changes that enable efficiency and adoption gains.

The Day-to-Day:

• Inspire, develop, and lead a team of 4-6 Associates, Analysts, and Senior Analysts
• Collaborate with leaders within Technology and Finance to continuously maintain the long term SAP roadmap
• Build collaborative and productive relationships with business partners in Technology and across the Firm
• Communicate regular updates regarding projects and initiatives to Finance management and end users
• Drive adoption of the SAP support model to ensure end users’ needs are consistently met
• Identify areas of risk and opportunity in the SAP systems, translating them into actionable tasks
• Maintain relationship with SAP and other third party vendors

Your Qualifications:

• Want to drive change and collaborate with stakeholders on deciding the future of Corporate Finance technology
• Have experience mentoring and motivating others through ambiguous and challenging tasks
• Have excellent communication skills, and are able to concisely summarize issues so they can be understood by system users, management, and our partners in Technology

Compensation:

• $100,000 - $140,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
• Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
