If so, the Corporate Learning & Development Analyst position may be for you! Our new Analyst will collaborate across all Fisher business units to provide impactful training and development support and advance more effective use of the Learning Management System (The Learning Center). Their efforts will help ensure employees have the training, tools, and resources they need to develop at every stage of their Fisher careers.
The Opportunity:
As a Corporate Learning and Development Analyst, you will use your expertise to coordinate, evaluate, communicate, and deliver consultant-level solutions for Learning Management System (Learning Center) strategy development, best practices and upskilling, and completing annual Training Awards applications.
The Day-to-Day:
- Use your project management skills to coordinate, evaluate and deliver in your assigned areas
- Develop training strategy, project plans, and support tools for Business Unit Learning Center administrators
- Collaborate with business unit trainers to develop Learning Center solutions and establish best practices
- Partner with the Human Capital Technology team to assist in implementing changes to the Learning Center, preparing Corporate Learning & Development support, and leveraging change management plans to inform required audiences across the organization
- Be the lead point of contact for annual training awards by partnering with the business to create high-quality content
- Analyze and leverage data (Qualtrics, Learning Center, etc.) to identify quantifiable results for the awards
- Stay current in your field and tools to understand capabilities, limitations and act as a knowledge resource across the firm
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Fisher Investments experience preferred
- Strong qualitative, quantitative, and critical thinking skills required
- Ability to analyze various situations and develop creative solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks
Compensation:
- $85,000 - $100,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
