The Opportunity:

As the Commissions Operations Team Leader you will oversee the team responsible for accurately paying our global salesforce. The team is accountable for the execution of Fisher's commission plans in support of all business units and countries where we do sales. You will partner with sales management to drive organic growth through Account Executive, Inside and Outside Sales, Client Development, and Client Service roles across PCG, PCGI, and Institutional. You will work with multiple departments within Corporate Finance and throughout the firm to facilitate contract adherence, risk mitigation and audit activities. The growth of the firm has resulted in both increased volume and complexity for our group and the ability to find and develop talent is essential to the long-term success of this team.


The Day-to-Day:

  • You will oversee the development and performance of Commissions Associates and Analysts

  • You will drive results and progress through metric-based reporting

  • You will manage the assignment and execution of the assigned commission plans

  • You will service our salespersons by partnering with internal and external departments

  • You will resolve issues through leadership, problem solving, and sound decision making

  • You will participate in the hiring of new members onto the Commissions Teams

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience at Fisher Investments

  • Are a collaborative leader who can skillfully enforce adherence to operating procedures, policies, and important controls

  • Can promote employee engagement and develop talent through training and feedback

  • Can be a point of escalation and ensure timely remediation of issues

  • You are engaging and can connect with multiple levels of the firm

Compensation:

  • $110,000 - $150,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.

  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
