The Opportunity:

Canadian COP's serve as the global liaisons between Canadian custodians, clients, and Investment Counselors. The main responsibilities of this small team include establishing new accounts, coordinating transfers, providing long-term account maintenance for Canadian clients, and brainstorming ways to improve current processes. Our mission is to go above and beyond to provide unparalleled service for our clients, while being efficient and proactive.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Operations – Responsible for handling the logistics of onboarding new clients and servicing Canadian clients in a constantly evolving landscape
  • Customer Service – Serve as a liaison between Canadian clients, their third-party custodians, and internal departments
  • Projects – As the group continues to grow, you’ll have the opportunity to support and spearhead side projects and new initiatives
  • Leadership - As a subject-matter expert you will contribute to building human capital through mentorship and training responsibilities

Your Qualifications:

  • Organizes and proactively manages time effectively
  • Ability to successfully navigate ambiguity

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Communicates effectively, both written and verbal

  • Desire to immerse yourself in a new culture and regulatory environment as we expand globally and dominate our chosen markets

Compensation:

  • $55,000 - $70,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance

We will conduct a preliminary screen of applicants based on qualifications, performance and manager feedback. Those who meet the hiring manager’s requirements will be moved forward in the process by participating in an interview.
