- Teach Classes to AEs and AETLs
- Responsible for reporting on new hire performance
- Manage AEs studying for the 65 and reporting to VPs on this
- Conduct ad hoc trainings on new enhancements to Salesforce as well as problem areas within the group

- Are a master of working with prospective and current clients
- Demonstrable strong communication skills, with an affinity for public speaking
- See the value in developing human capital
- Always maintain a baseline of risk awareness
- Have a solid knowledge of capital markets, and our investment philosophy
- Are naturally analytical, easily figuring out how you and those around you can best serve our needs
Compensation:
- $80,000 - $110,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
If you excel at helping others succeed and want an opportunity to prove it, the AE group wants to speak with you! We will conduct a preliminary screen of applicants based on qualifications, performance and manager feedback. Those who meet the hiring manager’s requirements will be moved forward in the process by participating in an interview.
