The Opportunity:

The UK Client Account Coordinator serves as the global liaison between international custodians, clients, and Investment Counselors. As a CAC, you will complete client requests by working with several internal departments, including portfolio management, sales, service, and more.

The main responsibilities of this team include providing long-term account maintenance for UK clients, establishing new accounts, coordinating transfers, and brainstorming ways to improve current processes. The Day-to-Day:

• Oversee assigned operational tasks to completion
• Identifies, creates and develops documentation for group
• Supports the growth of the business through various projects
• Follows group and firm policies and procedures
• Identifies potential process improvements and recommends solutions
• Identifies elevations and routes appropriately
• Responsible for properly handling sensitive and/or confidential documents 

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
