The Opportunity:
As a Talent Operations Associate you will be a part of global hiring by working directly with candidates, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers to schedule interviews and support all parties having a positive experience. You'll grow your knowledge of recruiting processes and operations, partner closely with internal teams, and think creatively to help solve operational challenges. You will have the opportunity to support projects and additional recruiting channels like Employee Referral.
This role is part of the Talent Attraction and Operations group, which has a wide range of responsibilities that support our hiring efforts, focusing on marketing, operations, data and analytics, and technology functions. You will report to the Talent Operations Team Leader.
The Day-to-Day:
- Partner and coordinate with candidates, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers across the firm ensuring candidates are moving through our recruiting processes
- Provide a positive experience for both internal clients (Hiring Managers and Recruiters) and external clients (Candidates)
- Seek to improve existing processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions and updates until resolved
- Additional responsibilities may include supporting projects and recruiting channels like Employee Referral
Your Qualifications:
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to educate others on processes
- Focus on maintaining quality of work while coordinating across many teams
- Have a desire to serve internal partners through improving processes and troubleshooting issues
- Are eager to work in a collaborative environment
- Have a passion for ongoing learning, which you may use to manage projects and support programs
