The Opportunity:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator positions offered by Fisher Asset Management, LLC (Tampa, Florida).
The Day-to-Day:
- Create data extensions and subscriber lists as well as segmentation groups
- Track communications and develop relevant reports and dashboards
- Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create journeys using Journey Builder and sync data from Salesforce CRM to Marketing Cloud and back
- Suggest and implement changes and help FI get the most from the platform
- Use SF Connector for passing data to and from Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Provide support and point of escalation for product teams using Marketing Cloud
- Complete QA checks on changes to data and journeys. Configure business process managed through Marketing Cloud including content approval processes and groups
- Configure and run triggers and API calls within the Marketing Cloud platform
- Ensure customers adopt and obtain maximum value from Datorama
- Monitor and interpret customer usage data, health indicators, and use-case growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the proper approach is taken to maximize client engagement
Your Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in MIS, Information Assurance, Computer Science or a related field and 3 years of experience in the position offered or 3 years of experience performing Salesforce.com administration and configuration
- Also requires 1 year of experience performing Salesforce Marketing Cloud or ExactTarget including using Datorama
- Requires 1 year of experience writing in HTML, AMP script and SQL; and performing digital marketing
- Position reports to office in Tampa, Florida
- Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office
- Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently
Compensation:
- We are offering a salary of $153,000 per year. Employees new to the role should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience.
- Employees will continue to be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
