The Global Custody Management (GCM) team is responsible for establishing and maintaining our business-to-business PCG/PCGI custody relationships globally. With more than 30 relationships under our management, GCM plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients and Fisher receive the best possible service and solutions from our custodial partners.  GCM’s effective management of these partnerships helps our firm’s 20-20 vision by continually innovating to provide the best service and offerings for our clients.

As a GCM Analyst you will manage FI’s custodial relationships while collaborating with a wide range of internal teams and senior management to drive large-scale initiatives. These initiatives may include partnership strategy, improving service, scaling operations, digital and technological integration, and implementing new regulations. This role offers you the chance to work with diverse teams across Fisher globally, increasing your overall knowledge and exposure to our firm. 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Serve as the primary relationship contact for Fisher and your assigned custodians
  • Lead relationship management calls with custodian managers
  • Proactively manage custodian relationships to ensure they provide exceptional service to Fisher and our clients
  • Identify and implement process improvements for better operational efficiency
  • Monitor custodian performance through both qualitative and quantitative measures

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Fisher Investments experience preferred, ideally with an operations or project focus
  • Excel at managing complexity, solving problems, and navigating ambiguity
  • Can independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks with varying complexities and deadlines
  • Have a proven track record of driving projects to completion
  • Are driven to understand the "why" and challenge existing processes
  • Have strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Communicates effectively and collaborates with others to achieve shared goals
  • Enjoy embracing new and complex challenges and finding creative, actionable solutions
  • Are excited by dynamic roles that offer a wide range of work and opportunities for growth
