The Opportunity:

Our Investment Counselor (IC) Coaching group is team within US PCG Training and Development, which directly serves US PCG ICs across all sites. We provide personalized, targeted performance coaching to help ICs become their best. The US PCG Training and Development Program Manager (aka IC Coach) is a highly impactful role that will shape the performance of individual ICs and the IC force at large.

As an IC Coach, you'll meet 1:1 with ICs to identify areas for development, and work with them over time to ensure progress while providing ongoing feedback and support. Within this role, you'll hone your active listening skills, deepen your ability to give constructive feedback and become an expert at assessing and developing talent. You will work directly with IC management groups and other support roles to tackle challenges facing the IC group at large, providing opportunity to gain direct exposure to management and influence human capital development.

The Day-to-Day:

• Lead new IC Training and IC continued education classes and programs
• Listen to IC calls and then provide substantive feedback to the IC post-call, both written and verbal
• Work with ICs to help them develop better time and work management strategies
• Coach ICs to think critically about their roster, helping them understand which clients they should be calling and when
• Develop and provide prescriptive strategies to help ICs build better relationships with their clients
• Analyze client relationships prior to IC calls and help ICs develop strategies for the call, the relationship and future discussions

Your Qualifications:

• Have 2+ years of IC experience with a highly-successful track record
• Exhibit strong knowledge of FI's investment philosophy and the capital market landscape
• Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills
• Are proficient with IC systems and software
• Can work with multiple levels of management
• Are passionate about coaching ICs on how to provide an unparalleled level of service to our clients
• Enjoy functioning autonomously but also excel at collaboration
