The Opportunity:
As a Talent Attraction Analyst you will support telling the Fisher story, playing an important role in connecting external candidates and current employees with global career opportunities. You'll empower employees in sharing their stories, providing training on tools we have to help support them, and leveraging our recruitment marketing channels to amplify their voices. You’ll also support the creation and marketing of educational content for candidates.
This role is part of the Talent Attraction and Operations group, which has a wide range of responsibilities that support our hiring efforts, focusing on marketing, operations, data and analytics, and technology functions. You will report to the Talent Attraction Group Manager.
The Day-to-Day:
- Writing short and long-form content for a wide variety of recruiting channels, like FisherCareers.com, our candidate blog, employee referrals, social media, email marketing, and candidate marketing materials
- Oversee the editorial process, including writing, editing, reviewing, and distributing content
- Capture and share meaningful employee stories and experiences
- Research and identify new opportunities for content development and distribution.
- Be a reviewer for the group, rewriting text to enhance clarity, flow, voice, tone, appropriateness, and consistency
- Manage all phases of various projects from envisioning through deployment
- Collaborate with teammates, members of Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and employees to support projects that enhance candidate experience and education
- Expand our marketing reach by learning new skills and evaluating trends to improve our existing processes and strategies
Your Qualifications:
- +2 years of professional writing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to educate others through digital resources
- A curiosity for marketing, a passion for ongoing learning, and excitement to share careers at Fisher
- A desire to serve internal partners through education, improving processes, and solving problems
- A focus on using data to make impactful decisions
