The Opportunity:

The Portfolio Implementation Specialist works in the office and completes various mid-level complexity tasks, ensuring portfolios are implemented properly and order generation risk is minimized. They support analyst team members on complex scenarios. The Day-to-Day:

  • Oversee assigned operational tasks with mid-level complexity to completion
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with management to implement proposed solutions
  • Support the growth of the business through various projects
  • Follow group and firm risk management policies and procedures
  • Identify elevations and routes appropriately
  • Serve as point of contact for the team/ specific functions
  • Responsible for properly handling sensitive and/or confidential documents
  • Develop and implement associate training
  • Work onsite, under direct supervision, in a team-based and open office environment

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Implementation Specialist: Perform quality controls functions supporting order generation and client requests, monitors exception reports to minimize individual account deviations from model portfolios; develop/maintains/implements training curriculum for the associate team; help service internal clients; aid the analyst team with information gathering for complex scenario analysis

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • At least 1 year of Fisher Investments or relevant experience
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across various tasks
  • Knowledge of FI Investment philosophy
