Are you a pioneer who wants to improve processes and how we use our systems in the future?  Do you value making an impact in a collaborative environment?  The Portfolio Management Group is looking to bring on our newest Product Owner to support our improvement efforts within PMG.

As a Product Owner, your primary focus is establishing, prioritizing, and communicating what users need and why they need it.  You serve as the ‘voice of the business’ and collaborate with a variety of professionals to achieve results. You will use your project management skills and analytical capabilities to help assess gaps and solutions as we enhance our systems and scale for growth.

The Day-to-Day:

• You will work with a variety of business partners to define user stories and communicate them to vendors and internal partners
• You will manage, assess, prioritize and approve the product backlog
• You will be the bridge between partners, consumers, and the development team
• You will participate in process optimization and design sessions to help bolster user stories and refine the product backlog
• You will assist with business case development and estimate return on investment for projects and enhancements
• You will demonstrate enhancements to end users in preparation for getting them in production

Your Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Fisher Investments experience
• Proven track record in project management
• Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively
• Ability to prioritize
• Active learning through experimentation
• Understand business needs
• Communicate effectively
• Ongoing curiosity and desire to learn new technologies, software platforms, etc.

We will conduct a preliminary screen of applicants based on qualifications, performance and manager feedback.
