The PCS Audit Team was created to find and address risk for our private clients and the firm. We focus on oversight of six high-risk categories and ensure accountability. We are facilitators in the conversation, making sure the right people are “in the room” to develop a custom solution that is mutually beneficial for the client and the firm. Our role is a unique blend of understanding the big picture and diving into the details!

The Opportunity:

As a PCS Audit Associate, you'll support the team's risk-management efforts. You'll partner with Audit Analysts to review and track cases with defined next steps, enhancing your existing knowledge of operational procedures, and deepening your understanding of risk. You'll directly support designated IC teams by facilitating action-oriented conversations, documenting next steps, and monitoring cases through resolution.

Through your experiences, you'll refine your communication skills and learn to foster collaboration at multiple levels. Working closely with Audit Analysts, you'll oversee increasingly nuanced cases, enhancing your ability to manage complexity and preparing you for a future Analyst-level role on or off the team.

The Day-to-Day:

• You will support 12-20 Investment Counselors teams with their risk-mitigation efforts; ensure transparency and accountability
• You will independently review cases and provide a summary of facts to appropriate stakeholders
• You will facilitate conversations around next steps and monitor cases through resolution
• You will maintain accurate, comprehensive records in Salesforce

Your Qualifications:

• You have strong communication skills and are comfortable working with a variety of partners across all levels of the Private Client Group
• Desire to build your understanding of risk and risk-management strategies
• Can quickly prioritize competing workflow
• Are excited to leverage your existing knowledge to improve our collective team performance
• Maintain a positive mindset in an evolving environment
